The next wave of seniors, those ages 55 to 64, control a third of the nation's wealth and spend more than $1 trillion on goods and services. By 2030, the number of seniors over age 65 will more than double, reaching an estimated 71.5 million strong. Our Pay-For-Performance
Partner Program
Love & Company produces results and we are willing to base our compensation on the net increase in move-ins that we can bring to a low-census community. We call this unique approach our Partner Program, and it applies when we are given the opportunity to bring our full marketing planning, lead generation and sales oversight skills to a community. In these cases, we are willing to defer the most significant portion of our compensation to be based solely on the net increase in sales that we produce. We structure it so that we do not earn any incentive until we have generated enough of an increase in entrance fees to pay for ourselves. This arrangement bears similarities to the contract other marketing firms negotiate for start-up communities, but we are unique in offering this pay-for-performance partnership to census-challenged existing communities. Contact Love & Company to learn more details about the Partner Program. Research Based-Expertise
For nearly two decades, Love & Company has been reaching and motivating seniors. Along the way, we've gained valuable knowledge and understanding of today's seniors and the attitudes that shape their decision making in many aspects of life. To expand our knowledge base, we continually dig deeper, adding findings from our own proprietary research studies. We know which words resonate with seniors, and which turn them off. We know which images get their attention and which turn them away. We know how to create advertising that earns their trust and how to avoid advertising that makes them suspicious. Whether you're marketing a senior-oriented service, product or community,
Love & Company can help you achieve bottom-line results. Take a look at the services we offer - all facets of a process that has led to success with seniors, time and again. |
