Susan brings her spirit of professionalism, innovation, compassion, respect, and humor back to Love & Company in an eclectic position tailor-made for her unique skills.  Susan has been deeply involved in the senior living market since 1997, first undertaking an investigation of the market for Love & Company, then functioning as a company-client liaison and a senior living specialist until she fell in that other kind of love in 2004.  In recent years, Susan's been an independent consultant while serving seniors in her community as well as family and friends.  Susan and her husband, Ken, now live in the Frederick area, and she is once again back at "Love."  Susan is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Virginia.  Her background also includes extensive work for foundations and non-profit organizations.  Susan and Ken regularly retreat to a ranch in Wyoming, hiking the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone.
